Eddy House Featured on KTVN’s Face the State to Share the Launch of TLC 36
Eddy House CEO Trevor Macaluso sits down with Ariana Bennett on KTVN’s Face the State to talk about the launch of TLC 36, our brand-new transitional living community for homeless youth in Northern Nevada.
About the Interview
In July 2025, Eddy House CEO Trevor Macaluso joined Face the State to share how TLC 36 is helping young people ages 18–24 transition from homelessness to hope.
Every year, more than 500 youth come through Eddy House for safety, meals, counseling, and stability. TLC 36 takes that mission further with 36 fully furnished studio apartments designed to provide not only housing, but also wraparound services like case management, workforce development, counseling, and life skills programs.
Why TLC 36 Matters
Northern Nevada faces an urgent shortage of housing for at-risk youth. For too long, the need has far outpaced the number of available beds. TLC 36 is a turning point in the fight to end youth homelessness—expanding our capacity and offering a model that helps young people prepare for independence.
As Trevor shared in the interview, the program includes a gradual service fee model, helping residents learn how to budget and sustain housing long-term while still having the support of Eddy House behind them.
Your Impact
TLC 36 became a reality because of community members like you. Donors, volunteers, business partners, and local leaders made this milestone possible.
When you support Eddy House, you are giving more than shelter. You are giving a young person the stability to finish school, train for a job, heal through counseling, and take their first steps toward a future filled with hope.
