Notice to Contractors: Invitation for Proposals
Eddy House, a 501(c)3 non-profit, invites proposals from qualified parties to serve as Construction Manager as Contractor for the construction of the Eddy House’s upcoming 36-unit Transitional Living project. https://bit.ly/eddyhouseRFP
The Project is an approximately 24,850 interior sf 5-story, 36-unit mixed-use building to be constructed in the parking area of the existing Eddy House facility at 888 Willow Street in Reno, NV. The first floor contains a lobby, utility spaces, a trash room, and an open parking garage. Level two contains approximately 800sf of office space and 9 studio apartments. Levels three through five each contain 9 studio apartments. The building includes an elevator and interior and exterior exit stairs. Work also includes the replacement of the existing entry stair and ramp at the existing Eddy House facility as well as sidewalks, landscaping, driveway, utility connections, and associated site work. The awarded CMc will provide preconstruction and construction services for the project.
The approximate budget for hard and site costs ranges from $8 million to $11 million.
This Project is funded by a Federal sub-grant, as such, Davis Bacon prevailing wage and other federal procurement standards shall apply. See RFP for additional details.
