Community Living Program

Eddy House’s Community Living is a 6-month housing program that is based on the belief that the homeless youth need a middle step where they can receive intensive case management and supports. This program is designed to help them transition into permanent housing and become self-sufficient. It focuses on preventing chronic homelessness and transforms lives by addressing the root causes of homelessness. It is an “upstream” approach that focuses on the individual regarding employment, school and community involvement. The workforce development and case management are key indicators in this program influenced by individual measurements for success.

Eddy House does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, gender identity, age, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation.
