We’re  seeking a compassionate, organized, and team-focused Client Services Manager to help lead our Client Services team and support the day-to-day operations of Eddy House.

This role works closely with the Client Services Lead Manager to support Client Services Specialists, maintain a safe and organized facility, and ensure team members are trained and meeting shift expectations. The Client Services Manager helps oversee essential resources including the food pantry, clothing closet, hygiene supplies, and resource hall while supporting accurate data collection, client transportation, staff development, and daily operations.

We’re looking for someone who can lead with calm, consistency, and compassion while building positive relationships with clients and coworkers. The right person will be organized, dependable, comfortable providing direction and feedback, and committed to maintaining healthy boundaries and a supportive environment for the young people we serve.

Qualifications include:

• Must be at least 21 years of age
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
• Previous experience in youth services preferred
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and calmly
• High level of organization and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and other web-based applications and tools
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and reliable vehicle with current registration and insurance
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule and provide additional shift coverage when necessary
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Reno, Nevada.

Salary: $45,000 to $50,000 annually, plus Eddy House’s comprehensive benefits package.

At Eddy House, we believe reaching young people early can help prevent homelessness before it becomes a long-term crisis. We are seeking a compassionate, organized, and relationship-driven High School Outreach Coordinator to connect high school students across our community with resources, referrals, and support.

This role plans and conducts daily outreach activities on high school campuses, creating a safe and welcoming space where students can access resources that support their basic needs. The High School Outreach Coordinator builds relationships with students, school representatives, community partners, staff, and volunteers while helping connect young people to Eddy House and other appropriate resources.

The position also supports outreach program operations through data tracking, supply management, volunteer and staff coordination, online outreach content, and continuous program improvement. We are looking for someone who can communicate calmly and professionally, build trust with young people, stay organized across multiple outreach locations, and respond effectively when students are experiencing challenging situations.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, public health, or a related field preferred
• Previous experience working with youth preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly, calmly, and professionally with youth, school representatives, community partners, and coworkers
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate sound professional judgment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain timely and accurate program data and records
• Ability to assist with de-escalation and maintain a calm, helpful demeanor when needed
• Valid Nevada driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a federal background check
• Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

This is a full-time, in-person position based in Reno, Nevada, with work generally taking place during school hours. The position involves regular travel to high school campuses and other community outreach locations.

Salary: $40,000 to $45,000 annually, plus Eddy House’s comprehensive benefits package.

At Eddy House, we believe every young person deserves safety, support, and the chance to build a stable future. We are seeking a relationship-driven Major Gifts Officer to join our Development Team and help grow meaningful donor support for youth ages 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

This role manages a portfolio of major gift donors and prospects through cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, donor meetings, proposals, impact updates, and personalized outreach. The Major Gifts Officer works closely with the Development Director, CEO, Development Team, and organization leadership to help align donor engagement with Eddy House’s mission, programs, and long-term funding needs.

We are looking for someone who brings strong communication skills, professionalism, attention to detail, sound judgment, and a genuine commitment to building relationships that create lasting impact for young people in Northern Nevada.

Qualifications include:

• Associate’s degree required, bachelor’s degree in nonprofit management, communications, marketing, business, public relations, or a related field preferred
• Minimum 3 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, sales, relationship management, or a related field
• Experience cultivating, soliciting, and stewarding donors, funders, or relationship-based accounts preferred
• Strong written communication skills, including proposals, donor correspondence, impact updates, and reports
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and donor CRM platforms, Virtuous experience preferred
• Valid Nevada driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current vehicle registration and insurance
• Must be able to pass a background check and child abuse registry search

This is an in-person position based in Reno, Nevada.

Salary: $65,000 annually, plus Eddy House’s comprehensive benefits package

At Eddy House, we believe every young person deserves safety, support, and the chance to build a stable future. We are seeking a compassionate, trauma-informed Therapist to join our team and provide mental health support to youth ages 18 to 24 experiencing homelessness and housing instability.

This role provides direct support through counseling, crisis intervention, assessments, referrals, and group-based services. The Therapist also works closely with staff and community partners to help young people navigate challenges, strengthen coping skills, and move toward long-term stability.

We are looking for someone who brings empathy, professionalism, sound clinical judgment, and a strong commitment to serving youth with dignity and care.

We welcome both fully licensed clinicians and qualified clinical interns working under approved clinical supervision.

Qualifications include:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field
• Full clinical license or current clinical intern status with an approved supervisor
• Experience with crisis intervention, therapy, and/or working with at-risk youth preferred
• Familiarity with trauma-informed care and DSM-5
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

This is an in-person position based in Reno, Nevada.
